Purchased a sink, never told it was on backorder until days later. Got email to check status, showed it was shipped, but had to call for tracking.
Called, item had not shipped, but still on backorder. Customer service is the worst. Still trying to cancel, but no one can give me a confirmation number to cancel. Emailed supposedly someone who I could escalate issue to and have not heard back from anyone.
Should have ordered directly from Ferguson. Still in limbo and have no idea what is going on with my order.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of elkay sink. Faucet Direct needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
